During the second day of the GA, on 5th November 2021, a workshop was arranged by K&I (in the context of the WP6), in agreement with territorial teams, aimed at triggering the process of co-design of the “ex-post” evaluation on-site visits on the 3 local pilots. After a quick update on the latest and future activities of WP6, Claudia Colonnello (K&I) illustrated the Protocol for Onsite Visits (OVP), containing the elements of discussion to start the planning of onsite visits. Then 3 working groups were arranged (one for each local team) within which a preliminary exchange of ideas, expectations and raising issues was promoted, in view of the customisation of the Protocol in each regional context. A short debriefing session on preliminary inputs from each working group ended the workshop.
